Thorough investigation of any workplace accident or incident
that is reportable under RIDDOR 1995, within the quickest possible
time.
Provide a comprehensive written report on the findings of the
accidents or incident detailing the immediate and root causes
and recommend the action required to prevent a reoccurrence.
Advise and assist in the reporting required under RIDDOR 1995.
Represent your company during investigation of accidents or
incidents by the enforcement authorities.
Assist in compilation of documentation and information pursuant
to civil or criminal action following any accident or incident
investigated by WOT.
What we will not do
Enter any workplace, which in our opinion presents an unacceptable
level of risk.
Undertake, other than at our sole discretion or as additional
charged work, any of the recommended actions identified through
the investigation.
